| "How to think" is the academic goal in the Middle School. Tables are arranged together in an attempt to enhance collaborative learning. Seldom are lectures used; instead discussions and dialogue create an environment conducive to teaching children how to openly discuss their opinions supported with facts. Many hands on projects and experiments are carried out on a regular basis. Chess tournaments, math contests, and National Geography Bees are just a few of the ways in which we try to stretch the children each year. |
